Uitzicht, balkon en het bed
Helaas klopt de foto van de zitjes op het balkon niet met de werkelijkheid. Er staan gewoon simpele stoelen ipv luxe stoel met voeteneind. Men komt met een video van 5 jaar geleden als introductie. Belachelijk natuurlijk! Afvoerstop in bad kapot Afstandsbediening tv werkt niet maar hadden we ook niet nodig

Die Unterkunft überzeugt mit dem Blick aufs Meer und Funchal von der Terrasse. Es war alles vorhanden, sauber und praktisch. Im Haupthaus gibt es einen schönen Pool, Gemeinschaftsraum und Tischtennis. Das Restaurant am Golfplatz ist sehr zu empfehlen.
der Straßenlärm ist sehr präsent, nur erträglich bei geschlossenem Fenster, das für uns keine Option ist..

In die Jahre gekommenes Appartement. Seit 20 Jahren keine Renovierungen vorgenommen. In dem Gästebuch wiederholen sich seit Jahren die Eintragungen der über Verbesserungen. Renovierungsstau! Sehr gute Lage, tolle Fernsicht über Funchal
Die gesamte Ausstattung ist runtergekommen. Das Kochfeld defekt. Backofen ohne Funktion, lässt sich nicht einschalten. Esstisch in der Mitte gebrochen, mit Blechschrauben zusammengeschraubt und sehr wackelig. Couch ist durchgesessen. Terrasse ohne Liegestühle. Sitzkissen Stockflecken usw.
