Perfect location, you wake up, slip into the swimming suit and jump in the sea. Minimarket and tavernas 5 minutes walk, supermarket (Masoutis) 5 mins by car. Parking is done on the upper street, I had no issue 10 days in full season finding a parking spot.
The location is perfect for loitering around its own beach, or as a "home base" for visiting different parts of all the Halkidiki region. I recommend it
Bathrooms are not suitable for persons with claustrophobia :) However, everything (and I mean everything) else makes up for this small negative aspect.
Small note: we wanted to use the BBQ but never did it, because I saw neighbors doing their own BBQ and fighting with other neighbors because the smoke entered those other neighors' house. So we decided to play it safe and skip making bbq altogether this vacation (ate bbq in the nearby tavernas anyway).

Clean house, fully equipped with all home appliances. Everything was the same as on the pictures
The sea was dirty after noon - but that is not related with a accomodation
