Excellent facilities and helpful staff. Close to the metro and a short walk to Xihu waterfront.

The room was a good size & the bathroom was well-appointed
There was a big dark stain on the carpet. It should have been cleaned or else the carpet should have been changed.
The door to the hallway did not have a double lock or even a chain. This made me feel unsafe at night.

Well located, it was comfortable, friendly and helpful staff.
My room had a story drain smell. Even closing the bathroom’s door it was prevalent, and this is the reason for my low rating.
