This cozy, modern apartment for 5 people is located on an organic farm in the small mountain village of Wurdach in the municipality of Köttmansdorf in Carinthia, nestled in a wonderful, idyllic landscape between the famous Wörthersee, the Ferlach reservoir, the Feistritz reservoir, the Keutschacher See and the Hafnersee.
The apartment has a spacious living/dining room, an open modern kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one of which is a children's bedroom), 1 bathroom and a south-facing balcony. The apartment also has a covered terrace and a private garden with garden furniture. Parking is available directly at the organic farm.
Köttmansdorf is located in the middle of the Rosental, with panoramic views of the southern Karawanks. The idyllic landscape is ideal for hiking, mountain biking and discovering various natural beauties. The organic farm is in a quiet location near the Keutschacher See. A beautiful hiking trail leads via Dobein to the southern shore of the lake. Ludmannsdorf (via Zedras) can also be easily reached on foot.
The town center of Köttmansdorf is within walking distance. There are enough shops for your daily needs, as well as a good selection of restaurants.
A security deposit of EUR 75,00 will be required closer to your check-in date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during stay. Any balance from the deposit will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
