On my next trip to Velden , Austria , I would definitely book with them again !
The location was excellent , walking distance to all the major activities the town has to offer during the day as well as the evening ! Free on site parking for one car included in the price of the rental . Cloths washing machine and dryer available on site , which is a huge plus since many places don't have cloths drying machines ! The owners are very friendly and helpful , they are also able to communicate in English for those who can't speak German .
There is absolutely nothing that I didn't like about my stay at their rental property ! From the several different places we stayed during our vacation in Austria , the Kiko house property was my favourite , because of the friendly and helpful personality of the owners , the ideal location , its complete kitchenette and even a bathtub in the bathroom , and its cleanliness !

Wieder ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt im Haus KIKO!
Zum zweiten Mal durften wir unseren Urlaub hier verbringen und es war wieder großartig! Die Lage ist perfekt, der Blick traumhaft, und die Unterkunft sauber und gepflegt. Besonders gefreut hat mich, dass Seife, Spülmittel und Schwämme diesmal direkt vorhanden waren. Schön, dass auf Gäste-Feedback so aufmerksam eingegangen wird!😊 Wir fühlen uns hier rundum wohl und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft!
