Grid Hotel

Lovely exterior of the hotel Receptionist were very helpful and friendly. They tried very hard to speak English The hotel was literally on the moto gp race track Due to the awful mattress, they did try to find mattress toppers Tea and coffee facilities in the room, albeit not alot. The beds were the most uncomfortable we had ever slept on. There was no real vegetarian food or anything overly healthy The food was rather expensive for what is was. The breakfast was below standard and even requesting toast was a little difficult. When it arrived it was hard The track days made it noisy all day(to be expected. Windows closed helped.

The room was pleasant, nicely decorated, clean, and quiet. There is also a very large parking area, which is convenient.

The check-out time is very early (10:00) and there is no flexibility at all. This feels unfriendly, especially because the hotel is far from the city and I often arrive late at night just to rest during a trip. In practice, I cannot really rest, because in the morning I feel stressed about having to leave quickly. Breakfast is also disappointing. It is quite poor, and I usually eat my own food instead. This is frustrating, especially because breakfast is included in the price and not optional, so I feel like I am paying for something I don’t use.

Very comfortable, the stuff was polite and very friendly. We really enjoyed staying at the hotel.

limited restaurant offer,un skilled "chef",unfair pricess,despite the room was for two,toilletries where for one!!.We had to share,the ridicullous small shower,sampoon ,etc.This is a shame!!!
