Grid Hotel

The young staff at the reception during my check-in and check-out was very helpful (except for their manager), the room was more than comfortable and the breakfast was really good.

I arrived after midnight but too early in the morning I learned I was accommodated next to a family with a baby. They did not take other guests into consideration and played literally in front of my door, not even during breakfast when the father of the family treated the entire room as his own office while eating and using a speakerphone. None of the staff asked him not to disturb the other guests. When I asked for a late checkout because I did not get enough rest, I had to pay 1/5 of the original amount for two more hours as the senior manager lady was uncompromising and on top of that I was refused a free set of shower toiletries, I needed for the second shower after the nap.

Obviously the location is perfect for track visit. Very rich breakfast selection.

Terrible pillow selection. Toiletries also could be improved. Very noisy and out of date ventilation system. Missing a GYM, all the sports people coming have no where to train. At least setup an outdoor sports area.

I stayed at the hotel for a 2-day trackday because it's so close to the track, and the room and facilities were excellent, super clean. The breakfast was pretty good too.

The restaurant variety and quality don't really match the hotel... way below average, and the service was too. Believe it or not, the other restaurant at the track actually had better food.
