Hotel Bronzo Brno

Schönes, neues Hotel mit hochwertiger Ausstattung der Zimmer. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet, auch wenn man manchmal auf die Bestellung etwas länger wartet aber zahlt sich definitiv aus. Die Lage des Hotels passt sehr gut (Parkplätze in der Umgebung verfügbar und mit der Straßenbahn ohne umsteigen. vom Hauptbahnhof zu erreichen), Zentrum ist fußläufig erreichbar.

Nichts negatives anzumerken.

Skvělá snídaně. Dobrá poloha pro naší konkrétní cestu.

Nedotažené detaily v pokoji: sprcháč, co teče až k umyvadlu, nedospárované kachličky, chybějící držák na toaletní papír, prázdný kout, kde asi mělo být druhé křeslo nebo nějaký jiný kus nábytku.

Comfortable bed. Nice shower.

Room was too hot. No toilet roll holder in bathroom - toilet rolls are on shelf on the other side of the bathroom. No safe in rooms. Disgustingly filthy toilet brush. Everything seems to be form over function. The breakfast room is actually a separate cafe business next door. The buffet selection is really poor and not topped up. Same three sugar-laden cereals every morning. No hams, cheeses etc. The bread and cakes were past their best too. The a la carte options are tiny compared to what the cafe's customers receive. My Turkish Eggs were two snotty poached eggs floating on some yoghurt and foam. Totally inadequate. It took 15 mins from ordering a coffee to actually getting it. And then it was only lukewarm. The 'juice' is orange squash. Extremely disappointed with the breakfast considering what we paid. Have had better selections at much cheaper hotels.
