The room was small, and the air conditioning was centralized so you couldn't control it. It was very clean, had an excellent buffet, the employees were very professional, and the parking was nice.

Me cobraron indebidamente 30$ por un cambio de tipo de cama, siendo que lo había solicitado en la reserva vía Agoda (reservé 2 habitaciones y necesitaba una con cama matrimonial). Su respuesta fue si obtuve alguna respuesta sobre tal pedido (son las opciones que proporciona Agoda en el formulario de reserva), me sentí estafado con esto.
La atención de una de las encargadas de recepción al hacer check-in dejó mucho que desear, en vez de ofrecer un trato cordial parecía que quería confrontar.
Encontré tasas, pero llenas de polvo en la habitación.
No es posible llegar al hotel siguiendo las indicaciones de google maps (te lleva por la calle de atrás, donde no hay entrada al hotel) y al llamar al hotel siquiera saben el nombre de la calle de su hotel.
Al hacer checkout me quisieron cobrar indebidamente una consumición que no era mía, nisiquiera tenían una boleta de tal consumisión. Además intentaron hacerme firmar un documento donde no aceptaba los cargos de tal consumisión, cosa que no correspondía porque ni siquiera sé de donde sacaron dichos recargos que no eran míos.
A las encargadas de recepción tenía que repetir 2 veces las cosas en todo momento para que entiendan.
Realmente muy mala la atención en el hotel.
