The staff was incredible, the food was delicious, the concierge was more than helpful, and the chocolate was divine. Thank you for a wonderful experience of a warm and inviting home away from homes - especially important for a solo traveler.

I reserved for a'one bed' for a solo traveler. I was given a room that contained three separate beds. When I asked that I was alone and had reserved specifically for one bed. The receptionist was direct and said they did not have a single bed. No apology, nor any explanation was provided. He further directed some other staff to go with me to help count the number of beds. One after another ridicule. I have travelled throughout the world, and normally do not write reviews unless superbly great or terribly bad experience. Here, for the first time, a hotel staff is needed to assist me to count the number of beds in a room. What an irony of a four-start hotel!
