About this villa rental
Unique Arabic style villa with party room/disco. Situated between La Cale de Mijas and Fuengirola on Spain’s Costa del Sol. A quiet urbanisation with a bar/restaurant called Frog &co as it’s hub.
We have four bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms. A further fifth bedroom on the first floor has the use of the downstairs shower room. One bedroom / en suite is on the ground floor should anyone have difficulty with stairs.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with the usual crockery and such things as a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer microwave and cooker/hob.
The large curvaceous lounge/dining room leads to the outside terrace and private pool with ample seating and Sun loungers. The sun is on the terrace all day long just what’s needed for a beautiful suntan. A BBQ is available for your use.
The disco/party room has its own bar with music and karaoke for you to enjoy some fun evenings.
The nearest beach is at the bottom of the urb. And is accessed by a tunnel under the road or a bridge. The beach runs for miles in both directions with many beach bars. There are several bars and restaurants in walking distance of the villa and many in Fuengirola and La Cala. See our handbook at the villa.
For golf lovers El Chaparral Golf club is just around the corner and there are many other golf courses not too far away.
The owners have an apartment on site and are available to meet and greet and assist at any time. Please note they do not share any of your facilities only the front gate.
A welcome pack is provided as is shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap and hairdryers. Beach towels as well as the usual bed linen and towels are also provided. There is no extra charge for this but it will mean you will have a little extra space in your suitcase.
Check in time 4pm. (if you arrive outside of these times arrangements can be made for you to leave your suitcases.)

An extra bed and/or cot can be provided in the master bedroom.
Smoking permitted outside of the villa only
A car is recommended but taxis and Uber are readily available. Bus stops are about a 10 minute walk away.
Malaga airport is approximately 30 minutes drive away.

We booked the villa as our annual holiday with the boys (aged15-17) x5. The villa was perfect as near enough for boys to walk to beaches and bars while we relaxed by the pool.
The villa had everything we needed and more.
Jo and Ken were very helpful and knowledgeable when ever we needed them.

What can I say? This trip was faultless from start to finish......
Firstly I would start by thanking the amazing owners, Jo and Ken who catered to our every need.
They provided us with the warmest of welcomes, ensuring we knew all the ins and outs of this incredible villa.
Before leaving they provided us with a welcome hamper fit for the Queen. It literally had all the holiday essentials, including all ingredients to make a Spag Bol. (what a lovely touch, right?)
Moving on to the Villa itself....This place is insane. It hands down beats any 5* I've ever stayed in. The rooms, the decor, the cleanliness, the spaciousness, the furniture, the pool, the outdoor area are simply WAOWWW. But what made this villa that extra special for our girls trip was the downstairs bar/ disco room. We danced the night away to many of classics whilst sipping over some cocktails made behind the incredibly kitted out bar.
The location of the villa is perfect. A short stroll to all your local amenities, supermarket, few bars and restaurants, and literally a 5 minute walk to the beach. We booked a private transfer from the airport. And it cost next to nothing between our group of 9. Fuengirola and La Cala are no more than 5 minutes by car. And let's face it, Spanish taxi's aren't going to break the bank.
I honestly cannot thank Jo and Ken enough, for what they have done for me and my girls. They made this trip perfect from start to finish. I'm so glad I found this villa. It was everything we have dreamed of and more.
Our only regret, was not staying longer......however the perfect excuse to return. Until next time.......
