Beautiful ultra modern life style 5 bedroom villa, tastefully furnished to a high standard with everything you could need for that perfect family beach holiday.
When you walk into this beautiful modern villa through the main door into the hall, the room opens up with a large open space of open plan kitchen fully stocked with a breakfast bar island, the inside dining area and lounge with a gas fire and 65" TV screen with all Sky channels.
This open plan area all over looks the garden, pool and has open views through glazed sliding doors that completely open up to bring the outside in.
Outside are sun areas and shade areas around the heated infinity pool and a garden to relax, eat and drink.
The 5 beautiful bedrooms all have top quality beds and bedding and great views.
The 3 upstairs bedrooms lead out onto open terrace areas with beautiful modern en-suite bathrooms and electric black-out blinds. The villa is fully air conditioned through out, good speed fibre optics, under floor heating, TV package, integrated music system, gas BBQ. a nice cool games room where there is table tennis, pool table and a basket ball hoop. Also there is a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

The villa is only a couple of minutes walk into the beautiful sought after town of La Cala de Mijas with 5 KM of blue flag beaches, lots of shops, restaurants and bars. some of the best restaurants in Europe have chosen La Cala de Mijas as the town of choice. Olivia's bar and restaurant ran by the charismatic Elliot Wright and home to all the starts that travel to our coast, a must on a visit here for a great night out with fantastic food and a great atmosphere, even just to people watch. With markets twice a week, water sports, horse riding, country motor crossing, mountain biking, this is also a hot spot for kite surfing, wind surfing, surfing, snorkel and scuba diving, 2 weeks is never enough.
Please be aware this is an up and coming area and therefore construction work / traffic might occur in the area.

Villa is amazing. It was spotless, spacious and very comfortable. The area around the villa was quiet and very peaceful. A short walk down the hill you have 2 supermarkets then another 5 minutes takes you into the centre of Cala de Mijas and beach. The villa is very well equipped, 4 bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with 1 separate bathroom so all bedrooms can have their own bathroom. Beds very comfortable. Outdoor sitting and dining area was lovely and well maintained. We used the BBQ and pool which we had heated as it was December. Many thanks to Selene who was in touch before we arrived and kept in touch during our stay to ensure we had a great time. She also met us when we arrived to show us around explaining everything we needed to know including air conditioning / heating / lighting / security alarm etc. We had a wonderful holiday and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa.

Beautiful villa but major building work getting carried out in very close proximity. I specifically asked that before i booked and was told there wasnt building work close by. We were woken around 7am by noise of machinery and workmen. This spoiled the experience but would definitely return to stay in stunning villa once the building work in the surrounding area is complete.
