Vito, le propriétaire, est très gentil et parle anglais. La maison a le charme de l’ancien et on peut garer la voiture à l’intérieur.
L’ancien a du charme mais des défauts (fenêtres qui laissent passer le bruit, multiples clefs, équipements datés, look vieillissant) et le propriétaire demande un contrat en plus et un dépôt pour assurer que sa maison de famille sera respectée. Les boutiques voisines sont très bruyantes, le vis à vis est important et il y a beaucoup de moustiques. Malheureusement cela ne vaut pas le prix demandé.
