Beautifully air-conditioned apartment of 120 square meters well kept, with 4 bedrooms, large living room, kitchen and two bathrooms, completes the structure a veranda for eating outdoors (with barbecue possibility) and a large terrace.
The house is equipped with all comforts: bed linen, towels, air conditioning, washing machine, crockery, hairdryer, TV, Wi-Fi internet.
You will find a beautiful beach at 30mt where you can play various activities such as spinning, soccer, beach volleyball and enjoy a beautiful sea.
It is 600mt from the center, with shops and bars in full business.
There are numerous alternatives for those who love culture and nature, parks, beaches and archaeological sites.
On the western side of Mazara del Vallo, the city center offers several ancient sites with squares and churches of the 600.
Approx. 50km you will find the port of Marsala where it is possible to reach the Egadi Islands (Favignana, Levanzo and Marettimo);
Marsala also offers sightseeing tours among the salt mills, windmills and the visit of the Florio wineries with excellent wine tasting (to book 0923781111).

I stayed in this very convenient apartment with my husband, adult daughter and my friends - a group of 8 adults, always travelling together. There we found everything we had expected, maybe apart from a small detail of the distance to the sea which is smaller in the offer (50mts), but it was not a problem at all. All the rooms had air fans, which gave enough comfort in addition to the AC working in the hallway. The kitchen is prerfectly equipped - variety of glasses, pans, plates, a lot of space, a huge table with comfortable chairs. The bedrooms were also ok with big wardrobes and comfortable mattresses of the beds. There is a lot of space outside - the balcony and the roof terrace, which was excellent and gave us a lot of comfort after the sunset. We dined there and enjoyed the place very much. We had convenient parking space just outside the building on a small square. The distance to the sea is 100mts and it.s a nice, short walk to a large, sandy beach. We really enjoyed the first week of our holidays in Sicily. I highly recommend the place to groups of people who search for more peaceful place away from the crowds of tourists and noisy hotels. You could taste a bit of Sicilian family life and be accompanied by very friendly Sicilians.
