The staff were exceptionally friendly, especially Jo who was there every day that we were there. The food was nice and the changing menus was great for when you wanted to eat in.

There was no warning about there being no towels or toilet roll provided so having to go and buy towels and toilet roll was inconvenient. Especially after such a long drive. This information should have been provided either prior to or after booking. The pool also isn’t open every day, during peak time, this really should be addressed. I appreciate that time slots needed to be booked to allow for everyone getting their fair share, but to close completely again isn’t advertised (if only staying for a day or two, this might land on a day you’re staying on)

There’s nothing wrong to dislike

A fantastic location and really friendly staff who welcomed us and kept us entertained for the entire stay. The chalets were 5 minutes away from Penzance, so really great location and the stay was incredible value for money. I would definitely recommend if you wanted a quiet, out of the way place to stay, but still wanted quick and easy access to shops, facilities, the beach / sea etc.

A little basic and not a luxury stay, but for the cost this was incredible value for money and was clean. The only other issue for potential bookers is that they do NOT provide any towels so remember to take some with you!

Great property with facilities and value for the money 💰. Kids and family are enjoyed stay with swimming pool used was great spot on . Only down side for improvement was no WiFi informed many times to reception nothing has done to fix considering 5 days of long stay .
