The view from the room is excellent, the beds are very comfortable. The swimming pool and surrounding grass area are pleasant and very quiet, even though it is a shared space.
There is a good bus route to Sitges town and rail station which is about a mile away. A rather hot walk but possible.
The balcony is very small and there is not enough space or appropriate seating for 4 adults to sit outside and enjoy the outside space. This is not obvious from the photos.
There were not any bars in the nearest/Sitges Port area that appealed to us. We went into town each night.
The nearest decent shop is 10 mins walk away... another hot walk to carry all shopping if you dont have a car.

Schoon, ruim, netjes en volledig. Ruim voldoende koffiebonen waardoor we heerlijke koffie konden zetten! Prachtig uitzicht vanaf de heerlijke balkon stoelen
Het vinden van de ingang was wat lastig. We werden prima geholpen door de eigenaar, maar een berichtje vooraf was makkelijker geweest

Host, sent one guy who doesn’t speak Spanish nor English to receive us...so take longer time to make everything clear.
Second, they charge me for something wasn’t clear from my original arrangement in booking. Indicating that was clear in website. But it wasn’t . 20% commission was not in the original price I saw in Booking.
