About this apartment rental
The house has two levels, since the building is built on the cliff itself. On the first level there is a spacious living room with an interior dining room, a kitchen and a fabulous outdoor terrace. The whole area has direct views of the sea. The lower level has three bedrooms, one with a double bed, another with two single beds and the third with a king size bed an an ensuite bathroom. The house has a second bathroom.
You will have access to the entire house.
Half an hour away is the Fira de Barcelona: Mobile World Congress, Alimentaria, Construmat. Free parking.
This is a quiet complex on a sea cliff. Sunny, dramatic, romantic, fun place to spend your holidays. It's a very special place, like you've probably never been before. you can reach the beach la Marina d'Aiguadolç in a 5 minute walk where you will also find several restaurants and bars. A well-services supermarket is also at reach.
This house provides the perfect relaxed environment for family holidays in a quiet area of Sitges, but with excellent access to the major beaches and restaurant facilities. The beach is only a 4 minute walk (path by the sea). You can also benefit from a walking distance (7 minutes walk) of the fantastic cafes, terraces and restaurants of Aiguadolç, the Sitges Marina. The center of Sitges is only 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes by car.
The train tracks run not far from the complex. For the most sensitive it could be a bit noisy, most don't even notice it.
There is an extra cost of 20€ per pet.
TAX AND REGISTRATION
Catalonia requires all guests to register passport details before arrival. You will receive an automated email asking you to do so at leat one week before your arrival. Please keep in mind this is mandatory.
NOTE: City tax will be collected at arrival.
Due to the actual drought in Catalonia, we don't know if the pool will be open or usable during the summer. Prices are for the property with or without pool.

The property itself facing the ocean has amazing views, we felt like we were inside the ocean at times. Lots of space, the 3 bedrooms were comfortable and had two large bathrooms. There are leftover items from previous guests that are useful (sunscreen, magazines, maps, condiments), felt like a home, although not as modern as other places we stayed at. The tv worked great and had netflix and other streaming apps. Wifi worked. As a previous customer noted you can hear train and other noises from tenants above (dog), but we got used to it. If you don't have a rental car you might struggle with the location. Nearest supermarket is rather far as well as other conveniences. Also trash policy (had to throw out far from the property day of flight, we were rushed). There are a lot of instructions and prerequisites and at times felt like I wasn't really on vacation. Lots of keys and instructions, we were not met on sight so got lost during check in and couldn't figure out how to leave easily during check out (lots of back and forth). Customer service was inconsistent with one agent being amazing and the other not as friendly. Overall, if you want a restful vacation with amazing views, lots of space, and time for figuring out quirks, this is an amazing spot. If you are pressed for time, don't have a car, and want a spotless modern hotel type experience closer to the city, hosts that will take care of everything for you, this might not be the ideal place for you.

We had a very good time in the apartment and also a beautiful view, and it wasn‘t lacking anything. The view was just amazing!

The apartment delivers on the sea views in the promotion and this is the key point of the property. Nearby beach and port are excellent but be sure to keep walking and discover what the town has to offer.

I was surprised by the lack of towels napkins and soap for a 5 day stay there was no coffee pot we don’t use pods
