Discover the penthouse of your dreams in the heart of Sitges! Sitges Spaces Sea View Oasis is ideal for up to 4 people and offers a unique experience with panoramic views of the sea and the picturesque village. Located just a few steps from San Sebastian beach and the centre of the village, you will enjoy the sea breeze and the sun all day long thanks to its south orientation.
The penthouse has a spacious living/dining room (with a sofa bed for two additional people) and a modern open-plan kitchen that maximises space. The master bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom and fitted wardrobes for your convenience. In addition, you can enjoy two terraces: one of 20 m² equipped with outdoor furniture and another at the front, ideal for relaxing or entertaining friends.
Located on the top floor of a modern building built in 2002, this penthouse guarantees privacy and unrivalled views. The building has an elevator and direct access to a parking lot with a generously sized space (daily supplement applicable for the use of the parking lot). The property is equipped with air conditioning and electric heating to ensure your comfort all year round.

Moreover, an additional cleaning service will be provided for each additional 30-day period at a charge of 95€ per service and must be paid by the guest. This monthly cleaning service is mandatory to ensure that the apartment is always properly cleaned and maintained.
Pets are allowed (maximum one large dog or two small dogs/cats) for an additional charge of 150€ per pet/month (maximum 300€ per pet/stay).
For stays of more than 32 nights, an additional Seasonal Rental Contract must be signed as required by local regulations (Law 11/2025 of the Generalitat de Catalunya), and the security deposit may be increased to cover the longer period of stay.

Well appointed, nicely decorated, new building. Balcony overlooking Sitges plus large terrace with loungers, dining table and awnings at the back. A short walk to the awesome beaches, restaurants, cafes and clubs of sexy Sitges. Supermarket and train station nearby too.
Vale, our hostess, gave us a warm welcome and let us drop our bags early.

Very modern en clean appartment and fully equipped. A terrace and a balcony is a big plus. It is nearby the beach and on a quiet part of the city. There is a lift and a parking in the building. Communication is not in person but only by app but quick and everything was cleared out with videos.
Mind there is a 500 euro deposit.
