The apartment:
The PURPLE ATTIC penthouse in Sitges is located on a 3rd floor with no lift.
Decorated in a homely fashion, with smart and light furniture, this is a comfortable and cozy apartment that combines bright colors with white pieces of furniture.
The lounge and dining area has a comfortable sofa and a white wooden table with matching chairs. There is also free Wi-Fi fiber opticinternet access and a flat screen TV with national TV channels. The apartment is fully air conditioned.
This area is framed by a set of patio doors opening onto a nice good size terrace, which has outdoor furniture for al fresco dining. From the terrace you see over the roof tops of Sitges and also to the bustling street below.
The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need as oven, gas hob, washing machine, dishwasher, dryer, coffee maker and microwave. The equipment is perfect for catering at home or preparing a picnic for the beach.
The PURPLE ATTIC apartment features two double bedrooms and two full bathrooms with shower.
The master bedroom, with a double bed and a high quality mattress has a bathroom en suite and is facing the street and the terrace.
The second bedroom is located at the rear of the property and it´s equipped with two single beds. Each bedroom has its own wardrobe space.
Furthermore there is a second bathroom with WC a designers glass sink and walk in shower.
The PURPLE ATTIC penthouse in Sitges is a comfortable and well equipped property with a nice private terrace in the best central location.

The PURPLE ATTIC apartment is located in a pedestrian street in thecentre of Sitges but high up above the bustle, making it a great choice for those looking to stay in a central location without giving up a good rest.
There is an abundance of restaurants, cafes and bars just by the front door of the PURPLE ATTIC apartment.
There are also many fabulous and picturesque shops nearby.
Furthermore the museums, the art galleries and the beautiful church are just moments away.
The golden sandy beaches and the beautiful palm tree promenade is only 200mts from the apartment.

The local tourist tax is NOT included in the price. The cost of this tax is 1,75€ (VAT not included) per person over 16 years of age per night, for a maximum of 7 nights. This amount is payable to your greeter upon arrival at the property.
As per Catalonian regulations, all property guests must register by providing full name, passport details, and address. You can share this information before arrival or on check-in day. All guests must present identification documents and will need to sign the tourist rental agreement. Thank you for your cooperation.
Any check-in later than 9pm has an extra cost of 40€.
Damage deposit collected by credit card on your arrival date (unless otherwise agreed in advance) to entitle us to charge you up to 300€ in the unlikely event of finding any issue when we visit the property after your check out.

The Purple Attic appartment was a perfect place for us (couple with two kids) to stay during the schools autumn holidays. Ideally located in the center of the (car free) part of the old town in Sitges, yet quite, within walking distance to the beach , train station , restaturants, supermarket(s) etc, with all the amenities one might need and a beautiful balcony. Manel is a great host - he waited for us at the train station and provided a lot of information & details about Sitges. It was the first time for us in Sitges and we will most probably come back again - we recommend it ( and the Purple Attic appartment) to everybody. Thanks a lot / moltes gràcies / muchas gracias!

We loved our stay! Our host and guide Manel met us right at the train station to walk us to our place, even though we got in later than planned with airline delays! He was so kind and friendly and gave plenty of recommendations along the way. The home is fantastic with a large balcony, large patio doors, and a comfy master suite.
