If your purpose in Sitges is to enjoy the beach, nightlife, excellent bars and restaurants, with a quiet large space to relax in a perfect location, this is your place. The beach is so close and the street is such good fun. This is a quiet place once the windows are shut. The AC in the living room works well.
If you have a need for good linens, AC in the bedroom or the ability to leave food on the counter without ants visiting, this is not the place for you. The owner responded when I reached out upon arriving but there was little correspondence prior to my connecting.

The apartment is fantastic, with all facilities needed, plus a wonderful balcony.
Even though the hosts have put in double glazing, the noise from the bars nearby, especially when they empty in the middle of the night, makes it impossible to sleep for about an hour until the drunks go away.
