Fabulous very old brick house from 1785. Gorgeous interior. Modernized, and without removing the charm and deep sense of history. Really lovely.
Check-In was odd. Had to wait at the door for a while before someone came to let us in. We were offered a room upgrade for more money; no thanks. Given instructions on how to lock and unlock doors, which was unnecessary. Given instructions on how to use the thermostat; also unnecessary. Just an odd introduction, you know? Everything else was FAB! Including the very lovely breakfast!!!

This Inn is incredible, it is like staying at a Designer Showcase house, it is so beautifully appointed with wonderful antiques and art. Yet it is so comfortable and welcoming! Candace the owner and the entire staff are great and make you feel so special. Can’t wait for my next stay and I highly recommend!

Great location on the edge of historic downtown. Eclectic charming interiors, lots of space in the suites, open fire in the lounge, responsive attentive staff on site, plus a cooked breakfast served in the historic dining room.
