From arrival to exit first class ,spotlessly clean ,excellent bed linen ,spacious room with spacious en suite and fluffy towels . Breakfast couldn't be faulted ,plenty of fresh fruit, cereal ,full English cooked to perfection highly Highly recommended

The breakfast was delicious - a great selection of continental and cooked breakfast, which was pre-ordered. The owner/hostess was lovely - welcoming, friendly and helpful. The location was stunning with outstanding views out over the Forth, and our room was spotlessly clean and comfortable with everything we needed.

Beautiful elevated wrap-around view of the coast from the dining room
Fish was fried in the kitchen (for the on site restaurant) on Friday and the smell filled the whole house including our bedroom. Food smells continued through the weekend and unfortunately our clothes absorbed the fried fish smell (we were there for a wedding). A new kitchen extraction system may be a good idea!
