Would not recommend for families

The bathroom and the air conditioning were functioning well and reliable.

Parking: Uppn arrival to the end our parking spot was blocked by another car, bikes... We had to unload all our luggage onto the sidewalk and park our car 20min away, later we realised that parking spots and all place around them are used by nearby restaurant's emploees. Really anoying and time consuming ecery time you need to use your car. Firstly, the appartenent: old, worn-out furniture, uncomfortable springly beds, chipped dishes... sad place tp stay in. We were informed that there is literally nothing (towels, bed linens...), but still feel, toilet paper should be basic. There was also no Wi-fi. Really uncommon. Secondly, the constant terrible noise. Loud traffic from the street (expectable), but the noise from the hallway and neighbouring units throughout the night was too much. Loud, probably drunk people shouting from balcony, banging furniters (or what?!), screaming, or people trying to enter our appartment by mistake... Simply, just worse than in a cheap college dorm (and we know well). To sum up, with little kids, looking for a night rest, some level of comfort, this is a disappointing choice to accomodate even the beach is a few steps from the appartement and the city is pretty.

Bad choice

Location - close to the sea. Parking on a private court. No internet access available.

Location - on a very busy road, noisy. The flat was dirty upon arrival, doubtful if it was cleaned before. Bed linen just partly provided,however its listed under facilities, no duvets at all, only some dirty blankets. No kitchen equipment at all. No shower head.

Mancanza di pulizia nell appartamento. Noncuranza dell immobile. Infissi vecchi e quindi rumori esterni percepiti all ennesima potenza dato che sotto ci sono 2 attività commerciali con chiusura notturna

Super Preis-Leistung

Die Größe des Apartments ist super, man hat alles was man braucht. Sauber war es auch. Können uns über nichts beschweren. Man muss sich halt im Klaren sein, dass die Straße abends sehr belebt ist und das hört man auch im Apartment. Aber uns hat das nicht gestört und ab 11 herum wirds meist dann eh schon ruhig.

Die Möbel sind alt, aber das haben wir bisher in jeder Unterkunft in Caorle gehabt :-D gehört auch irgendwie zum Flair

Přidělené parkovací místo příliš malé (tak pro fiat 500). Chyběla mikrovlnná trouba. Pokud dojde plyn v PB láhvi není na čem si uvařit ani kávu.
