A great residence with an excellent location where you can explore the beautiful villages and beaches of the south of Crete.Kouman Residence is a detached house, (100m2) located in the iconic Village of Akoumia. The residence is only 10km away from the quiet southern beach "TRIOPETRA" and only 24km from the famous and picturesque holiday village "AGIA GALINI". During your stay you will be able to experience the great hospitality of the locals and the amazing cretan cuisine.The residence is located in a very quiet area of the village with 5 mins walking distance from the main square (Platanos) of the village. This square (Platanos) is named after the big tree that is right in the middle of the square. There you can find the traditional ''kafenio'' where you can taste the famous ''meze'' (small bites) from the locals.During you stay in the residence you have access to all the property both indoors and outdoorsLocation!!! Location!!! Location!!! Like everything else, the location of this residence will set high standards of your stay. The south of Crete has the best beaches of Greece, within a few km you will be mesmerized by the beauty of this island that has to offer...! Some of them are Agios Pavlos, Ligres, Plakias, Ammoudi, Sxoinaria. Everytime you can plan your day according to your beach preference....!The Neighborhood where the residence is located is very quiet!!!! Das Haus ist landestypisch eingerichtet und sehr sauber.
Der Empfang und die Schlüsselübergabe waren sehr herzlich und man fühlte sich sehr willkommen. Wir würden immer wieder in dieses Haus fahren.

La maison d'Ellen est située en montagne à une dizaine de kilomètres de la plage de Triopetra. C'est un havre de paix avec toutes les commodités essentielles du point de vue des équipements. Les couchages sont très confortables. L'accueil est excellent : merci beaucoup à Ellen pour toutes ses attentions. Gâteau à l'arrivée, fruits, spécialités locales, vin et raki ... Nous avons été gâtés ! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir, l'endroit est idéal pour visiter le sud de l'île.

Het huis is heel ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien (wasmachine, afwasmachine, DVD-speler, CD-speler, CV, airco, strijkplank en strijkijzer, ligbad, electrische boiler dus genoeg warm water). Het tweepersoonsbed is goed hoewel vrij smal, de kussens goed. De locatie is heel mooi. Wel is het huis erg tochtig; als het waait - en dat is vaak en heftig - komt de wind door de gesloten ramen en deuren. De kranen druppelen een beetje en op de badkamer kan wel een raampje open maar dat komt uit op een gesloten buitenruimte, waardoor er niet veel ontluchting is. Hartelijke eigenaresse. Al met al is dit huis, ook gezien de prijs, zeker aan te bevelen, maar houdt rekening met het feit dat het op die locatie vaak en veel, soms zeer hard kan waaien (in ieder geval in oktober).
