Meraviglioso e comodissimo

Апартаменты расположены в центре города, в двух шагах от моря, рядом несколько супермаркетов, близко расположены остановки автобусов в разных направлениях Крита. Нас радушно встретила хозяйка Мария, обеспечив всем необходимым. Номер небольшой, но очень уютный, оснащен современным и очень эффективным кондиционером, для нас это очень важно, современной индукционной плиткой, на которой по необходимости очень быстро готовится и разогревается пища. Балкон выходит в тенистый садик. Были приятно удивлены довольно стабильным интернетом. Рекомендуем любителям тишины и уюта и шаговой доступности всего необходимого для комфортного отдыха, по возможности хотели бы сюда вернуться. Лена и Андрей.

The property is situated very close to all amenities ie beach,supermarkets , city centre, bus stops. The hostess ( Maria) was polite, courteous, professional and helpful.

Nothing, it met all my expectations.

Maria the host is wonderful, the location is good and offers good access to most places, if you like nightlife activities then it is great as it is a 5 minute walk away but if you don’t like nightlife it is also good as it is far away enough to stay quiet with good selection of shops and eating places

The garden area is very untidy with mosquitoes/ midges in abundance, shower tray leaks and very little water pressure, no kettle yet loads of coffee and tea bags and most annoying is despite booking.com listed facilities and inclusions of air conditioning for this property, you will be charged (payment must be in cash) an additional €5 per day to use the air conditioner, there are no fans in the rooms as an alternative, I did share multiple screenshots evidencing air conditioning being included but sadly was told to pay or they will switch the air conditioning off. To be clear, it is not so much the requested cash payment but the principle of charging customers for a facility that was clearly listed as included. Just to be clear, i was not demanding, i asked for two irons as the ones that were provided were filthy and staining the clothes, the ironing board was broken hence why a working one was requested. The garden dearest Maria was because you originally said i would be permitted to check in early and you changed your mind three times and kept asking me to come back, i did not realise the token biscuit / sweet was a cure for the swarms of mosquitos and for the three times i was asked to return to check in. The air conditioning is NOT known to all your customers as i clearly showed you the screenshots from booking.com and all said air con was included, to tell a customer pay in cash or i turn off the aircon when the temperature was in the high 30 degrees and you provided no fans was very poor customer service and a shame. i left an honest review and told only the truth. I tried to resolve the issues with you and gave every opportunity despite you saying you were new to booking.com, I am sorry your felt I was demanding, my expectations were really simple, to receive the services i paid for, be greeted with clean premises and to have a truthful host.
