Great facilities in a great location. Wood burning stove made for cosy evenings.
Parking was a little tight but manageable. Would be tricky with two large vehicles or more than two.

Beautiful tranquil location in the heart of the north York’s moors . Owners have thought of everything. Well equipped kitchen , 2 bathrooms is a major bonus . Only neighbours are the resident flock of sheep and the occasional pheasant . Absolute bliss …

Excellent location and so peaceful. We were lucky to have stayed when there were leaping lambs and they were so entertaining to watch! The house was bigger than expected and had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. Communication/ directions were excellent, so easy to find. Within walking distance to The Sportsmans Arms and about a 30 minute walk to Pately Bridge. Would recommend and would definitely stay here again, we enjoyed our stay very much.
Could not fault anything other than the shower water pressure, but it was not really a problem
