A lovely cosy cottage with great views and lots of character.

A very well equipped and spacious kitchen/ dining room; thanks for the milk, butter and crisps upon arrival! Comfortable beds and sofa. Useful set of maps, leaflets and printed walking routes, and strong wi-fi.

Whilst the bath tub was clean, it was also quite old and stained which was slightly off-putting. A few cracks in the walls which could easily be painted over to re-fresh the cottage.

We liked everything about the cottage . I would just say though it might not suit if you have any mobility issues as there are two flights of stairs up to the bedrooms

Stay in Pately Bridge

So impressed how warm and welcoming the cottage was when first entering. Every facility available. Very clean and well maintained. A lovely little welcome pack. Milk and butter in the fridge. Plenty of hot water and independent radiators to keep warm. Lovely. Able to get a good night's sleep and be refreshed in the mornings. Beds were so comfy. Plenty of towels in the bathroom and heated towel rail. Kitchen clean and spacious and really good and clean cooker, fridge. Plenty of walks near by and charming Pately Bridge town with some quirky shops. Had delicious fish and chip. Nice places to explore. Perfect holiday. Pictures on Booking .com matched exactly.

There was nothing I didn't like. I found it a bit difficult to light the fire, but that's my lack of skill.

the perfect little escape

the property is amazing! it’s really nice and cosy inside. it’s was really warm even without the heating on. the best bit is the cleanliness!!! it was very very very clean! I would definitely recommend the place and stay there again!!

Beautiful location within walking distance of Pateley Bridge. Traditional cottage on three floors, warm and comfortable with wood-burning stove if required. Good kitchen facilities.

Lovely stay. Cosy cottage with beautiful views. Definitely would stay here again.

Lovely cottage. Close by to many places we wanted to visit. Lovely welcome gift when we arrived. Bed comfy and living room cosy.

First night was a very windy and we found the window in the living room and main bedroom drafty. You could feel the air coming through. Apart from that nothing else to say.
