The dining table is next to it, and from here you can take a few steps down into the kitchen. With quality appliances, plenty of space and a view of the garden, you’ll love preparing meals in here. Next door, a handy utility room creates more space, with a useful downstairs WC. Upstairs, discover two bedrooms, each with attractive décor and luxury oak flooring. The master bedroom is a super-king-size with an en-suite bathroom, whilst the second bedroom also offers super-king-size sleeping arrangements, this time in a zip-and-link bed. Finally, a fabulous family bathroom with a sumptuous rolltop bath completes the property’s interior.
Step out into the garden and breathe in that fresh Yorkshire air. With your morning coffee or evening sundowner, make use of the large patio space with outdoor seating, gas BBQ and a luxurious hot tub for relaxing under the open sky. There’s a large lawn area for children to play on; however, please be aware that this area is unenclosed and the owner’s dog enjoys free roam of the entire farm. Private parking for multiple cars is also available.
