Locatie is perfect. Alles was super proper met 2 toffe terrassen! Er wordt ook direct geantwoord bij vragen! Absolute aanrader!

Het enige dat beter kan is misschien een groter bed.

What a splendid penthouse, beautifully decorated, with everything we needed. Best feature were the two terraces, covered in soft astra turf which was lovely underfoot. Both caught the sun. One with a magnificent view of Setas, lit up at nighttime too... spectacular! The terrace with two sunbeds was totally private, peaceful too. We ate al fresco at the table and chairs too. The accommodation was so good, we wanted to be there. Happy to come back for a siesta after lots of walking around the old town. Everything is within walking distance. The penthouse is reached by a lift, up three floors, then stairs the rest of the way up. Neighbours were quiet, only saw one man whose divine smelling aftershave filled the stairwell. We had a wonderful greeting from Gloria, who was extremely polite and friendly and spoke faultless English . We could contact them at anytime but we had no problems. Even got into the penthouse as soon as we arrived in Seville, which was a bonus. Highly recommend... you wouldn't be disappointed. The bed was comfortable with good air conditioning in the room. Enough storage for clothes for the four days we spent there. Shower spacious with plenty of hot water and . enough towels, quality shower- gel and shampoo. The kitchen has everything with complimentary tea bags, coffee pods, sugar and biscuits. Water in the fridge and a bottle of wine and chocolates on arrival too... the personal touch! We went during Holy Week which was very busy. More expensive for the accommodation too, which I hadn't realised. For easier access around town, a different week would have been advisable. Restaurants were very busy or closed during the parades. We didn't see any churches open. either. It's really big in Seville, with people celebrating, all through the night too. Not that this spoilt it for us, it was an experience to share and remember.

There was nothing to dislike.

Definitiv ein Highlight sind die beiden Dachterrassen. Das Appartement sieht an sich auch sehr nett aus. Es liegt in einem kleinen Platz mit einer stark frequentierten Bar, von der man im Zimmer nichts hört.

Das Haus ist sehr alt, was man beim Betreten auch riecht, auch an der Mülltonne im Gang. Den Lift traute ich mich als Immobilienfachmann nicht benutzen, da er offensichtlich lange nicht gewartet wurde (er blieb ca 20cm höher stehen). Es liegt direkt beim Parasol (Seta de Sevilla), damit aber auch am Ende der belebten Strassen, Judenviertel etc ist dann doch weit. Der Platz ist nicht die beste Gegend (Arbeitsamt dort). Die Wohnung gehört dringend erneuert, alles schon sehr abgewohnt. Die Couch haben wir auch nicht benutzen wollen. Das Bett roch mufflig, die Putzfrau hat sich offensichtlich bemüht, aber gegen eine alte muffelige Waschmaschine, kaputten Staubsauger kann sie nichts tun. So eine Wohnung muss regelmäßig Matratze getauscht werden und Stoffbezüge gereinigt werden, das wurde ewig nicht gemacht. Das Bad und Geschirr war wieder sehr sauber. Eine Generalreinigung wäre echt dringend notwendig! Wir sind sicher sehr anspruchsvoll was Sauberkeit betrifft, was ich mir bei dem Preis aber auch erwarte.
