About this apartment rental
This totally renovated condo offers the Gulf of Mexico across the street (west) and Palma Sola Bay (east) of property with pier for fishing on the premises. Our condo is first floor entry with fully equipped Kitchen, large Bedroom with King sized bed, flat screened television, with washer/dryer, Dining area, Living Room with flat screened TV (cable & Wifi provided), dual access to patio. Large heated swimming pool, tennis courts, workout facility, Excellent restaurants with grocery store and two drugstores on island. Anna Maria offers free public transportation (Trolley) right in front of resort.

This unit was very nice, recently remodeled and very clean. Jane is a great host and communications were timely and helpful. This was a very comfortable condo and we especially liked the new laundry room and coffee bar areas. Location is great, just across the street from a beautiful beach. Thanks for a great stay!

Facility is very centrally located to several nearby beaches, restaurants and shopping. Reasonably priced.
Owner has beach chairs/umbrella, wagon to pull in the sand and coolers. This made going to the beach everyday so much easier.
The bed is very comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking. Coffee pot and Kuerig are also provided.
Nice pool on site. Gym, washer and dryer also available on site.
Owner responds right away and provided the best customer service. My husband and I would stay in this unit again.

The location was fabulous, just across the street from the beach. The unit has everything you need, except a washer/dryer but the owner says they are in the process of getting them installed. The owner is a lovely lady and quick to respond and take action when the internet went out. I would absolutely rent this unit again!

Property was not very clean when we arrived. It was well stocked with everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. Overall it was a good place to stay.
