Bedroom has 1 king, can be made into twins. To accommodate overnight guests, there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room along with TV and DVD player. Bedroom has a smart TV. Ceramic tile throughout. Remodeled kitchen & bath. Screened patio. Washer/Dryer Free long distance in USA, Canada and Puerto Rico.
This unit provides 4 beach chairs, umbrella, coolers. Extras includes a toaster oven and regular coffee pot.
PLEASE NOTE - Only 2 vehicles can be parked at the unit; this includes golf carts, motorcycles, scooters, etc.
IF RENTING A GOLF CART - GAS ONLY and must be approved

Tennis/Pickleball courts and shuffleboard are now open

Loved everything about this place.. location and size was great.. worst part was the place had a very musty odor.. pool was closed for repairs.. upstairs neighbors(directly above us) were very noisy.. especially after midnight until three or four in the morning.. sounded like they were sliding furniture constantly.. very thankful they were only there the the last two nights.. overall, we’d stay here again..

The condo was great! Easy walk to beach. Everything I needed was there, except laundry detergent. And very disappointed that the pool was closed! My grandchildren were also staying there, and upset that they could not swim. Since I paid for that access, I feel that some money should be repaid. Otherwise, the week was nice. Thank you
