If you want a peaceful stay away from the noise of town this is it. But you are still only 10 minutes away. You will be greeted by bunnies, turkeys and ducks. Inside the cabin is very nice, updated and clean. The owner has thought of everything including some food to feed the animals. A nice touch was the gift of fresh eggs upon leaving. We come to Gettysburg quite often and will probably never stay anywhere else.I would give it a 15 out of 10.

Lovely cottage located a short drive from Gettysburg Battlefield and town. Close to everything but far off enough to be quite. Our host Chris was most helpful in a last minute change. The cottage is very nice, comfortable space. There were snacks and beverages when we arrived. There is also a welcoming committee! In the form of 7 turkeys, 2 Guinea Fowl, 3 ducks, around 8 rabbits, 6ish chickens cats and two dogs! Good variety of shops and dining available. Be sure to check out Adams CountyVineyard. Great hosts, lovely lodging and a fun quiet stay! Thanks Chris
