The apartment location is ideal as it is located 100 meters from Passeig de Gracia and 300 meters from Plaça Catalunya.
Also sited only 200 meters away from the metro stations Urquinaona (L1, L4) and Passeig de Gracia (L2, L3, L4).
Its privileged location allows you to walk to the main tourist areas, as it is located within walking distance of the Ramblas, the Cathedral and the Gothic Quarter, Sagrada Familia, the Gaudi`s most emblematic buildings or representative Barcelona shops.
The spacious living room, a little more than 30 square meters, has a large table to accommodate all occupants.

Clean and spacious. Perfect location. The water pressure problem should be sorted. In this price range, I expect to be able to take a shower without having to aim for the water drops. Other than that: Perfect for a family of 6.

Great location, easy access to central Barcelona. Property needs maintenance, light fixtures hanging off walls, shower doors don't close, couches are old, cheap and torn. Needs painting, dishwasher should be screwed into wall so it does not move when used. Plumbing needs more than duct tape to keep from leaking.
