About this apartment rental
The apartment is in Castelletto, 10 minutes (on foot, but downhill) from Spianata Castelletto, and 2 minutes from public transport to go down to the historic center. It is very convenient for those who want tranquility and at the same time be close to the bustling life of the historic center. It can accommodate 4 people, two in the bedroom and 2 in a sofa bed. Kitchen and bathroom are like new! Possibility of private parking, with extra cost: about 100 meters in the garage but for cars of less than 4.30 meters in length. Otherwise for any car garage parking about ten minutes walk from home. Deposit for protection against damages of 200 euros, to be paid upon delivery of the keys, returned at the end of the lease if no damage is found.

Fine apartment, very clean and tidy, well equipped, nice sized rooms, landlady is very friendly and helpful. Quiet area, good location for visiting the city, 20min walk to Via Garibaldi. It is high on the side of a hill but there is a cable car and lift at the end of the street, tickets are nly 90 cents, and well worth it at the end of a day's exploring the city and further afield. Many beautiful places to visit in the city and a walk along the prom, Corso Italian, to Boccadassa village, 2.5kms, ot take a bus to Nevri, or a boat trip to Pegli.
