Their staff are all very nice! I was at the bar almost every night and they were super attentive.
I asked for a spoon from Housekeeping, but they said they couldn't spare me one because I didn't order food from the hotel. It's a spoon, and this is not a budget hotel. I would have expected better service than this. The room has wooden sticks instead of spoons, which I had to use to eat my yogurt. This is what makes the difference between a place to stay and one with great hospitality. Anyway, stay somewhere else - the location isn't great (still a 10min drive from Bangsar / Mid Valley). and the 'malls' nearby are basic (mostly restaurants).
