About this apartment rental
Large 3rd floor Condo less than a mile to the DE beaches, fine dining, boardwalk and plenty of fun. Two bedroom condominium with open floor plan and a deck overlooking a pond. Ride your bike, drive or walk to the Ocean and Rehoboth Bay for swimming, kayaking, fishing or just relaxing in the sun.
The development is very family friendly for bike riding and walking to the pool(open Memorial weekend through September).
**Just an FYI, Unfortunately starting Spring 2023 there will be construction work being done near pool area so expect some noise and construction equipment**
Active guests can take advantage of being close to Thompson Island and Cape Henlopen State Park.
The unit is located off Route 1 after going over canal bridge. Many call it the “Forgotten Mile”,not in the City limits of Rehoboth and not yet Dewey. Community is called Spring Lake.

.7 mile to one end of Rehoboth boardwalk and beach
1.3 miles to Ruddertown in Dewey~famous Starboard,Bottle and Cork and much more Dewey has to offer are all in between.
1.3 miles to Rehoboth Avenue where you can find all types of dining, shopping and family fun.
2.5 miles to one of Delaware State Beaches. Atlantic Ocean on one side and the bay on the other. Tower Beach has a bath house and snack bar. Drive a little farther for fishing and drive on beaches(special tags needed for drive on).
6.5 miles to downtown Lewes.
Don’t forget, tax free shopping in Delaware!
The space
Large couch for watching movies or cuddling up with a book. Dining room table and kitchen bar for easy dining. New flooring in living/dining area in 2020. Kitchen has dishes for eating in if desired. First floor Master bedroom and bath has a queen size bed and a TV for streaming. Bathroom has a tub.
New carpet in 2023 in loft and master.
There is a large open loft upstairs with a full bed and sofa sleeper and a bathroom with a large tile shower.
A shared deck is located parking lot side and a private deck off of the living room which overlooks a beautiful pond. The deck is a great place for dinner and sunsets!
Guest access
The whole condo (with the exception of one closet, the Owner’s Closet)is available for you to enjoy a wonderful and relaxing vacation. In the Unit you will find a book created to help with information about the area and the unit.
Getting to 534 Spring Lake:
Finding the neighborhood is not difficult.
If using navigation:

Rehoboth Beach, DE 19971
If traveling South on Route 1~go over over-pass and then look for neighborhood on the right~make a right turn into the neighborhood and follow road until you see pool on the left~turn left on east drive. On the right are Buildings A,B and then C. Find parking space 534. Park and head to door on the right when looking at building. Go all the way up to the top and there will be two units. You should see Unit 534.
If traveling North on Route 1~Go through Dewey Beach until you see the neighborhood Spring Lake. Make a left turn into the neighborhood. Follow directions above.
Once you arrive:
In the Unit you will find a book created to help with information about the area and the unit. Closest walking beaches in Rehoboth and Dewey map can be found in book.
There are two televisions to enjoy:
BEDROOM-a brand new smart tv that comes with lots of free apps.
Sign in to your own Netflix, AmazonPrime or Hulu subscription and continue what you have been viewing at home.
LIVING ROOM-Xfinity cable. Other apps are available for viewing free movies and shows. Sign in to your own Netflix, AmazonPrime or Hulu subscription if desired.
*Please do not order or sign up for any paid programs.
*Kitchen has dishes for your use. Feel free to use all the kitchen appliances.
*Washer and dryer in closet. Must use HE detergent. Iron and small ironing board located in closet.
Hope everything will be as you expected and better. Please let me know what you liked and if anything could have been better I would love to know so my guests have a wonderful vacations at my unit.
BEFORE LEAVING PLEASE:
1. Take one last look to be sure you have all of your belongings.
2. Place all dirty dishes in the dish washer and start machine.
3. Place all trash in the kitchen trash can and throw bags in dumpster when you leave.
4. Place used sheets and dirty towels by washing machine.
5. Leave pool pass on hook by front door.

Condo is in excellent condition in a great location. The complex is nice and quiet with a pool which we enjoyed after the beach. It is however a 3rd floor walk up, not an issue for us but might be for some. Close to the beach by car and restaurants in both Rehoboth and Dewey. Good communication by the owner, would rent again.

Nice community, very quiet, pool was nice. The unit is a walk-up no elevator. It was not a problem for us. We attended tournaments both days so we did not make it to the beach.
