Overall great place and had everything we needed. The area is quiet with a nice view of the pond from the deck.

Nice quiet spot. Large open living/ dining/ kitchen area. Plenty of tv/reading/iPad seats. Bedrooms are large and plenty of storage for clothes. One has a walk in closet connecting bedroom and bathroom which is very convenient for dressing. Deck overlooking pond with table and chairs. Pool is a very short walk; the kids loved it. I did not attempt to walk to boardwalk so it was a few minute drive. I got a permit to make parking easier when going to beach or boardwalk. If you have a dog it’s a great spot to walk them; there’s a trail behind the complex. A good spot to be if you don't want to be crowded. There's a traffic light to get onto the main road so no worries about stop signs or crossing if walking or biking.

The property is nice but definitely needs a good cleaning and the plumbing fixed. There was a lot of dust and cobwebs throughout and crumbs under kitchen appliances. I had to clean when we got there. The other issue was none of the toilets flushed. You would have to flush multiple times to get it to flush. I did mention the cleanliness to the property manager but chose to clean myself.
