About this apartment rental
Our condo is family owned and operated and is a beautiful and spacious 3-bedroom beach front condo offers stunning ocean views from the living room, kitchen and master bedroom. The second and third bedrooms also enjoy ocean views.
The kitchen was renovated in 2024 with all new appliances and is fully-equipped for fine dining and the spacious private lanai is perfect for morning coffee, relaxing or sunset dinners.
Previously, the condo got a beautiful renovation with fresh paint, beautiful tile flooring, a/c in the living space and each bedrooms. The unit boasts at 75" tv in the family room, sophisticated quality linens and large, modern and unique wooden ceiling fans throughout. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are sure to be enjoyed on the beautiful lanai, just steps away from the beach and the pool.
The location is great with sandy beaches in both directions and walking distance to dining, shopping and entertainment.
The Royal Mauian Resort is a one of a kind 6-story ocean front property located in South Kihei in the Hotel Zone. It is located between 2 sandy beaches, is beautifully maintained and has panoramic ocean views.
The grounds offer an ocean front pool, an expansive lawn with chaise lounges over looking the water, and an ocean view roof garden with gas BBQ's tables and a full kitchen for a magical sunset dining experience.

Loved our stay! The location between kamaole beaches 1&2 cannot be beat. Loved the beach front and sunset views. Perfect for families, comes with all the beach essentials. The AC in each room is a rare but welcome find. Would definitely stay here again!

This is our second time staying at this particular unit and we love it! We love the Royal Mauian, the location and the setting - we have been coming back here for 40 years. This particular unit is awesome for families, well stocked and we appreciated the responsive and helpful property management.

This is the absolute perfect location in Maui and we can't wait to go back!We LOVED everything about it:-Having the unit on the ground level made access to the pool and beaches so easy-Amazing sunset views each night-Beach gear provided was such a convenience (beach chairs, pool noodles, boogie boards, beach towels, cooler, etc). -Pool access just steps from the lanai. Not having to walk down hallways or use an elevator to get to it was so nice.-The beach access was perfection. Hard to know from the listing on how close it was, but I can assure you...it's close! We grabbed the beach gear each day, stepped outside, and was on the beach within 1 minute. Beach wasn't crowded at all, which made it even better.-Restaurants were just across the street or down the street. Didn't need to drive anywhere unless you wanted to.-Living room was spacious, couch was comfortable and had room for everyone. They had family board games to play and books to read while relaxing.-Kitchen had everything we needed (separate ice machine, separate beverage cooler, keurig, storage containers, and more)-Newly renovated living room and kitchen areaWe went to the Marriot Wailea for a luau and even commented that we preferred our accommodations more. I promise you won't regret staying here!
