About this apartment rental
This condo is located in the Maui Hill Resort in South Kihei, HI. The resort has amazing grounds with a beautiful pool, whirlpool tub, putting green, bocci ball court, shuffleboard courts, tennis court. Gas BBQ grill located right outside the unit at the foot of the stairs plus many other grills throughout the property.! The condo is over 1,500 square feet of amazing living space, including lanais. Three bedrooms, one of which is a loft master with attached bath. Three bathrooms, pull out sofa bed in living room, washer and dryer in the unit. My condo easily sleeps 8, which is the maximum occupancy. 2 of the beds are king size and the third bed and sofa bed are queen size. The condo is beautifully furnished in all rattan and island fabric. The kitchen and bathrooms were remodeled and updated about 4 years ago with all granite counter tops. All new split air conditioning allows each bedroom and living room to control the temperature independently.
This unit rents through the property management desk for almost $1,000.00 per night in January, so renting through me is a steal! Don't miss out on this great rental deal. Unit is available only two weeks per year: January 17-24, January 24-31.
There is an on-site concierge so you don't have to go far to book any tours, restaurant reservations, etc. You are welcome to attend the weekly poolside Mai Tai parties, complimentary to all guests.

Haleakala National Park
Witnessing the sunrise from the summit of Haleakala is an incredible experience. Even if you're not an early riser, you can still enjoy the hiking and biking trails of this national park.
Whale Watching
From November through April, humpbac k whales make the long journey to the Hawaiian islands and the majority of them come to Maui. A whale watching tour is a great way to see these amazing animals!

Great location!!! This condo sits with unblocked views looking right out into ocean. Had great sunset views and could watch whales from balcony!
Plenty of space for our family of 8.
Kitchen was stocked well with supplies to cook with and bar b que grill was right outside our door.
Front office was always quick and responsive in anything we needed.
We would stay here again!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Maui Hills resort. The 3-bedroom 3-bath condo was perfect for our family. The condo was very comfortable and the grounds are beautiful. Enjoyed the swimming pool. Location is convenient. We would like to return in the future. Our thanks to Norma for allowing us the use of her condo.

The property was as described, well maintained clean with up to date conveniences such as Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, T.V in each room as well as in the gathering room. Short walk to the beach and many different places to eat and some shopping. There were some beach chairs and an umbrella to take to the beach. The concierge is very helpful in planning excursions. We didn't spend much time at the condo but when we were there they took good care of us. There were also barbeques available for cooking on. The loft room has a closeable accordion door.
