About this apartment rental
We are so happy to announce that we have installed a brand new Split AC system in this beautiful condo! There are now air handlers in each room for your cooling comfort! We also updated the flooring, have performed a deep clean, replaced linens and kitchen inventory items as well

The layout is a very spacious 1484 sq ft, spread over two floors. The great separation of bedrooms/bathrooms providing privacy for all guests makes it a great place for larger families and groups! The condo will sleep 8 comfortably. Of the 3 bedrooms, 2 have their own ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom hosts 2 single beds, along with a full bathroom off the dining area, and there is a queen sofa sleeper in the living room.
The main level of this unit boasts a well-appointed kitchen, with a pass through counter space and bar seating, a large open-concept living and dining area, as well as 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. There is a large lanai off of the main living area which provides additional space for dining, entertaining, or just relaxing in the tropical Maui breeze. On the second level, the condo features a very comfortable loft-style Queen Suite with its own full bathroom.
There are wood and tile floors throughout the condo making the space very beach friendly. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with all of the cooking utensils/items that you might need to prepare your own home-cooked meals. You will find beautiful Hawaiian touches throughout the condo, including locally carved Koa wood cabinets in the kitchen and all bathrooms. The kitchen and all bathrooms have been upgraded, with granite, tile and glass.
For your comfort there is a Split AC System with air handlers in each room! There are also ceiling fans in the living area and each bedrooms. However, in the cooler months, it is always an option to open the lanai doors and let the Hawaiian trade winds in!
The condo is stocked with beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, and coolers, for use during your stay. We also have a full size washer and dryer should you need to do any laundry.
The Kamaole Sands complex is situated on 15 acres of lush landscaping, including beautiful fountains, ponds, tropical flowers and birds. There is a large pool, kiddie pool and 2 Jacuzzis, as well as 4 very well maintained tennis courts. There are also 5 BBQ areas with Weber Gas Grills and picnic tables located throughout the complex for use at your convenience. Just a short walk away from the complex you can find shopping and a variety of restaurants. Within 5 minutes drive you also have access to world class shopping, dining and golf in the South Maui resort area of Wailea.

We had the best time and highly appreciated the opportunity to be all together for a glorious 50th wedding anniversary celebration!! The description of accommodation was exactly as advertised. Wonderfully near every thing we wanted to do, especially beach activities and great water showers to clean up sand after our beach adventures. We could have stayed forever ever enjoying lots of comfortable living arrangements. Highly recommended and very good for large family gathering. On the update to needed repairs, the fridge was not very new and leaking water onto our top shelf groceries. We adjusted storage space for this,so workable.

We were extremely pleased with the unit & property. The condo was clean & had everything we needed. The split ac in all the bedrooms kept us cool & comfortable. We all slept great. The pool was heated. There was a children’s pool & hot tub, as well as, an adult hot tub. The beach was right across the street & everything we needed was right there from beach towels to beach chairs. We had a concern and I was incredibly impressed with the response from the management company. They resolved it fast & efficiently. A wonderful place to stay with your family & make Maui memories to last a lifetime! Don’t wait…book it!

Aloha! We stayed at Kamaole Sands in a 3 bed 3 bath, with our 2 adult children. Rooms were clean. VIP management was excellent! We had a hiccup and Carol and her team handled it quickly and professionally! We appreciate you! The grounds and pool were excellent. Maintenance was always doing something to maintain shrubs and foliage. Beach was very close and the stunning sunsets! I couldn’t say enough about those! We walked every evening down Kīhei Rd to the shops, restaurants and cafes. Maui! Beautiful we will return!

The hottubs didn't work. Their was construction going on that bloked the parking spot and had to walk around to get to the beach. The beach was nice and close had sea turtles.
