Summary:
A renovated three-bedroom condo at Hale Kamaole, with ocean views from the lanai and Kamaole III Beach just across South Kihei Road. There’s A/C, a full kitchen, and real beds for eight, so families and groups can settle in for the week.
Spend mornings in the water at Kam III, afternoons at the complex pools, and evenings cooking at the BBQ.
The Space:
The condo was fully renovated, with an open living and dining area that leads out to the lanai and its ocean view. A/C keeps everyone comfortable through the warmer afternoons.

Primary bedroom:King bed, ensuite bath
Bedroom 2: King bed
Bedroom 3: Twin-over-Full bunk bed
Living room: Queen sofa sleeper
The kitchen has what you need to cook real meals, and there’s a washer and dryer in the unit for longer stays. Beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler are in the unit.
Guest Access:
Guests have full use of the condo and the Hale Kamaole grounds, including the pools, BBQ areas, and tennis courts. Parking: Free parking at the property; parking passes are required and must be obtained by registering the vehicle with the office.
The Neighborhood:
Kamaole III Beach Park is directly across South Kihei Road, with a lifeguard tower, a big grassy park, and a sandy beach for swimming and snorkeling. Restaurants, coffee, and groceries line South Kihei Road, and Wailea’s beaches and dining are a short drive south.
Getting Around:
A car is recommended to get the most out of the Maui vacation. This condo is walkable to the beach and conveniently located in Kihei close to shops.

Wonderful property - we could see whales from the lanai! Beds were comfortable. Location was great and the kids enjoyed the pool. There were a few essentials missing from the kitchen, but our hosts were super helpful in getting this remedied. The air conditioning in the bunk room didn't work so well, but again, the hosts were prompt in helping us get this fixed. We would stay here again!

The location was great. View of the ocean from our balcony. 5 minute walk from door to sitting on the beach which was essentially semi-private. The condo was exactly as advertised and perfect for our family.The host provided excellent information on the condo, location, amenities, excursions, etc. They were quick to respond the couple times we needed something. Overall, it was an amazing trip! I’d highly recommend.
