Good enough for one night stay

Very friendly and helpful welcome. The rooms very quite simple but OK. Very good breakfast in the morning improved not an ideal night.

The biggest issue was cold. There was no heating, just AC which was not sufficient for the large room with 4 beds. Combined with cold tile floor, it was not very comfy for a winter stay.

We were three people sharing a room and it was spacious and comfortable. The staff were so friendly and even helped us with an adapter for the iron since the sockets were quite thin. Everything was spotless, the breakfast was delicious, and overall it was absolutely worth it!

It's ok as a B&B, no claims if you travel with pet :)

We stayed at the hotel on our way to vacation. The hotel is located in the city center, with parking right behind the hotel. The 4-person room was large and air-conditioned. The hotel accepts dogs which were crucial for us during the trip. It is true that the infrastructure is old, hence the adequate price. We arrived after 10 pm so the hotel restaurant was closed, which is also not a problem because there is a pizzeria nearby. Breakfast solid with fresh sweets. It's ok as a B&B.

I loved the cleanliness, the distribution of the rooms, impeccable whiteness of sheets and towels. The incredible treatment of all the staff. The breakfast was inspiring, excellent capucino with the best pasticcini. It is a gentle and welcoming environment.. Grazie mille Paola Luciano, Mamma e tutti. Un bacio Paola e famiglia.

The staff is friendly and accommodating. Very good location of the hotel. The hotel is in the city center and has free parking. Breakfast is average. The price is acceptable for a short stay.

The heating is on the air conditioner and the air conditioner is noisy. TV has few programs. The covering is with a large bedspread and one sheet for two, which is quite clumsy.

Breakfast was freshly baked croissants, fresh fruit and coffee as you like it. It was centrally located and within walking distance of points of interest in Spilembergo. It was easy for relatives to find us too.
