This place was beautiful and sooo comfortable. We were impressed by how clean it was and by how comfy the main room was for our whole family. The location could not be beat. This place is perfect for families or groups of friends looking to relax and walk on the beach. We also had a 14 year old with us and he loved the amusement park so close by in Old Orchard Beach. We had a few issues with the faucet needing to be replaced during our stay and the smoke alarms beeped from low battery at night but Drew was responsive and helpful and got it fixed the next day.

The host was very responsive, it was walking distance to the beach and the house was good for the weekend. However, there are a few things that need to be fixed around the house/updated. Nothing major, but the kitchen faucet leaked all weekend and we had to take care of a number of bugs, particularly ants in the house. The host only had 1 toilet paper roll per room and mentioned that was house policy, same went for the trash bag. Not a big deal, but slightly inconvenient with a full house. Overall a good stay, just a few quirks.
