Airy beach cottage steps away from Pine Point Beach!

Very nice place clean, comfortable, great location and the owners were super responsive.

We had a great family vacation at this property. Lynne responded promptly to our questions. The living area/kitchen had plenty of room for ua to hang out together. The outside space was perfect size. Beach access was just across the street.

Great location. Hostess was responsive when we called and amenable. We did need to get our own soap and we ran out of to. The outside shower was fabulous except we thought there may have been a clog or drainage problem. Water seemed to pool around the shower. Not so much a problem for us but I hope it does not cause damage. Lastly beds had plastic mattress covers which I understand why but sometimes they lock in heat. Small mattress in small room probably needs to be replaced. It was a great stay for our sized group. We enjoyed our stay and if your doing the beach everyday it was the best location. Felt very safe also.

The absolute best thing about this cottage is location, location, location!! So easy to get to the beach, that is really what I paid for. Lovely open backyard for family activities with two nice picnic tables. Can easily fit 6 cars in driveway if having day visitors. Now some negatives: 3 of the 4 larger beds really need new mattresses. The a/c is basically only for the living/dining/kitchen area in the middle of the house. The bedrooms get hot! It would have been better if you could open a window, but the screens were all ripped. I think a few small improvements would make this a PERFECT vacation property.
