Airy beach cottage steps away from Pine Point Beach!

Great location. Hostess was responsive when we called and amenable. We did need to get our own soap and we ran out of to. The outside shower was fabulous except we thought there may have been a clog or drainage problem. Water seemed to pool around the shower. Not so much a problem for us but I hope it does not cause damage. Lastly beds had plastic mattress covers which I understand why but sometimes they lock in heat. Small mattress in small room probably needs to be replaced. It was a great stay for our sized group. We enjoyed our stay and if your doing the beach everyday it was the best location. Felt very safe also.

The property is lovely with quality furnishings and kitchen equipment. The location is outstanding. We had a great time and The owner was very responsive when we needed something.

Amazing location, steps away from one of the best beaches in southern Maine. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and is within easy walking distance to lovely seafood restaurants with delicious lobster rolls! Outdoor space is great for just hanging out and lounging. Two large picnic tables provide ample space for large families. Excellent kitchen is well equipped with everything you’ll need. Owner is super responsive and helpful. We’ve been vacationing in southern Maine annually for 15 and this house is a Maine beach lover’s dream!

This was an excellent property with great proximity to the beach. Check-in was amazingly easy and the property was very clean and family friendly.
