About this house rental
Beautiful Pine Point beach and Maine's famous 7 miles of sandy beach is just a 4-minute leisurely walk from our quiet, family friendly street. Our spacious farmhouse style home is large, bright and tastefully decorated throughout. Our home has hardwood and tile floors with 4 bedrooms each with a ceiling fan, 2 roomy new bathrooms, a large living room, dining room and kitchen. Through the french doors of the dining room is a private screened porch with comfortable wicker furniture allowing for views of the picturesque Scarborough marsh. There is also front screened in porch for more relaxation. Outside the large backyard is perfect for picnics or barbecues with a gas grill.
The house is a duplex and does have a large shared back yard. Each side has their own private grills, decks & driveway.

The house is lovely, very well appointed, and comfortable. It was very clean. We spent the days in Portland and surrounding town, as the location is convenient to alot. We were a group of 6 sisters and friends on a girls weekend that has been a tradition for over 30 years. We were all very pleased with the house. The host was gracious and responded quickly to my inquiries before the trip. We had no issues whatsoever over our long weekend.

This house was perfect for our weekend. Steps away from beautiful Pine Point Beach. The house was very comfortable and clean, family friendly, tastefully decorated. We particularly loved the screened in porch and sat out there both at night and in the morning. The homeowner was so gracious and helpful, responding immediately to my texts and emails. I highly recommend this rental!

We were in town for a wedding in Portland and decided to stay down the coast a bit for some beach fun. We have been visiting Maine annually for over 40 years but had never explored this area. We are so happy we did, and wished we had more time!The house was very nice; comfortable, well-maintained, and well-appointed. The owner was easy to contact and very responsive. The location is great, just a short walk to the beach and close to very good seafood restaurants. We also explored the beautiful Scarborough salt marsh via the nearby Eastern Trail and the Audubon Center. We hope to come back and visit this area again, and would definitely stay in the same house if available.
