Brockwood

Beautiful area, nice to see peacocks walking around the site too. Nice little shop for emergencies and it was a nice touch to have milk ready in the fridge as we arrived, small things like that mean a lot! Friendly staff at the reception and in the restaraunt. Very nicely decorated and quiet, very welcoming.

On Booking.com, it says damage deposit is to be paid in cash, contradicting to find out its card only as we arrive Feel itd help Brockwood out massivly if they could do a mini bus service to the train station, as its not exactly walkable if your on foot. Need a car preferably. Customer service isnt very helpful either.

clean facilities, well set up kitchen. proper table to sit around and a social area inside and out

the cover of the hot tub was split. the outside chairs & table was dirty and unclean. the bar staff were clueless, very disorganised, poor service at the bar - fortunately the food taste nice

very comfortable great hot tub and value for money

it was warm and beds were comfortable. kitchen well equipped. hot tub awesome and hot on arrival.

there was a need to replace worn furniture. chairs st the table were frayed badly and sofa was grubby. overall we enjoyed our break but there is such potential to improve the hall facilities.

Fantastic holiday for a family.

Gorgeous venue, gorgeous lodge, lovely staff,. Excellent food in Billy's restaurant! Was perfect for our family! Only down side is we definitely didn't stay long enough!

Nice lodges in quiet,idyllic setting.

I booked 2 different lodges for my children and grandchildren. The lodge for 6 was lovely and well equipped- felt very spacious for 6.The lodge for 4 was nice but felt cramped(had no bath and no dishwasher-all would,I’m sure would be on the description ). The well cared for grounds of Brockwood are beautiful and close to fantastic walking as well as beaches and stunning scenery.Spotting the tiny peacock chick on Mum’s back was a highlight for everyone. The hot tubs were well-used by everyone and were good.Will be great when the swimming pool is back up and running. Didn’t eat there this time but have eaten at King Billy’s before quite a few times and loved it.Also think the new reception/shop area is a bonus. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Swimming pool(ie in use). Fact that due to COVID rules we could not meet up as a family as intended and couldn’t sample the delicious fare on offer at King Billy’s for our planned celebratory meal.Clearly no fault of Brockwood.

Perfect

Everything from the staff being helpful chatty and professional, to the lodge and communal areas being clean warm and homely and comfy , having great opening hours for the pool , great food choices and drinks with good prices , everything we needed in the lodge from bin liners to washing up liquid , pots and land and dishwasher a TV in lounge and both bedrooms ,strong WiFi in the cabins so firestick worked excellent for films and phones kept signals, clean well kept Hot tub, lovely clean surroundings , pet friendly , perfect place , they have it working great at brockwood hall and I will be returning for my third stay in the new year
