We were looking for a weekend trip with family and friends that was less than a 2hr drive from Dallas. The house kept up nicely, came with a fully stocked kitchen including not just pots and pans, but blender, coffee maker, strainers, really everything we needed to cook our meals at home. The property was lovely with the outdoor firepit area, the pond, and the hot tub. There's a General Store right across the street which is handy if you need something quickly and it's fully stocked even has a grill available for burgers, pizza, etc. We loved and really enjoyed this property.

This was a fishing trip where we caught fish and enjoyed a new area. We picked this home because it was away from the crowds and with a hot tub provided a nice relaxation at the end of the day. The back deck was nice for visiting while looking at maps and planning the next days fishing.

5 STARS!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! This was a beautiful place to stay. The house was absolutely beautiful and set up so well. The pond was beautiful, we had fun fishing. The hot tub was nice in the porch. A very cozy place to stay and not have to leave. There is store close.

The home was very clean and well stocked. There was plenty of space for everyone. The pond wasn’t what we expected but it was still nice to look at. The chairs around the firepit were a bit weathered and cracked when sitting in them, we took our own and sat in them by the fire. The home is spacious and beautiful on the inside and the hot tub was a huge hit! My family and I would definitely stay here again! The manager was super helpful! Great experience

We loved the spaciousness of the house, the fire pit was great and even stacked with wood ready to go. Used the grill, it was clean and full of propane. The pond was cool. Kitchen had enough pans and utensils. Loved the outside lights. The hot tub was clean and ready for use. It was prefect for a weekend getaway with friends. They were gracious enough to let us check in early.

We had a great stay here. The house was clean and comfortable, with plenty of room. We had 4 adults and 3 children and everyone was accommodated nicely, nice proximity to the lake and not far to the grocery store. We would definitely recommend this place! Alissa and Alan were both great to communicate with, and we loved the check in and check out time flexibility!

This location was away from the hustle and bustle of lake life. The place was clean, but some parts were like a quick fix flip-it house. Four bedrooms and four bathrooms was nice!! Be prepared for a VRBO charge in addition to the rental charge. That was unexpected.

This house is wonderful and roomy. The owner was very responsive to everything. The only thing that was a little bothersome and no fault of the owner was the traffic on the road to Lake Texoma. But is was a very lovely place to visit with family and relax. The pond, gazebo and fire pit were just what we needed to have a great time. The owner did a great favor keeping the fire pit ready for use. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others.

Even though it’s not on Lake Texoma, there is a pond in the back yard. We had 8 women, tons of space. Everyone loved the fire pit and hot tub. We all really enjoyed it! We absolutely recommend this rental!

Fantastic house!

Fantastic house! With 3 King-sized beds and 2 ensuites and another 2 full baths, this house is perfect for 3 couples with children, girlfriend weekends, big family gatherings. The beds and linens were really nice. The living room is spacious and comfortable. There's even a wet bar! We had everything we needed! Note that the hot tub does not heat while the jets are on, so plan to heat it warmer than you actually want it. Otherwise, is cools off too quickly. The backyard where the hammock and fire pit are has no fence, so there's no privacy, and the road is busy. The Gazebo was fantastic for morning coffee and evening cocktails. We will definitely book again!

We all had wonderful time. The house is so neat and very clean. We loved the outdoor areas and the hot tub. The house is very well maintained. All rooms are big and comfortable. The location was great-close to the marina and the lake. We would love to be back in the summer.

When we first arrived I have to admit I was a disappointed at the location. The house sits on a corner with a small grocery store across the street. The side street is a main road so lots of traffic and noise. I was hoping for something more off the main road in a nice country setting away from noise. Once inside the property we were pleasantly surprised. The inside is very nice with all the comforts of a hotel and more. Everything is updated and clean. The TV was a little hard to work with the controls and I would suggest something that shows you how to operate the cable. There is plenty of space to sleep and the rooms are very nice and clean. No bathtubs in the house at all but plenty of bathrooms with small showers. Hot tub was fantastic and a big plus to the house. So all in all it was a good stay for us. For future guests they would enjoy their stay at the property as long as they were aware of the location.

The house is very good inside, it was clean and very comfortable. They have everything that you need there to cook. The room and beds are comfortable. But the house is located in a busy intersection where trucks and buses cross all the time, kind of noisy and doesn't make you feel you are in the country. So from the backyard you can see the street and all the cars driving.

Overall a good stay! Very nice house. We were out in the country so the bugs were to be expected The only thing I would change would be the check in. Having to plan to meet someone to get keys and drop off keys was not the easiest. Some places have key boxes with a code which makes it easy to come and check out any time. But a great spot because there is a gas station across the street which has it all! Even fishing licenses, the ladies in there knew everything ( where to go fishing. What parks are open) they were a big help

The home is very well maintained and was surprisingly well stocked with everything we needed - tissues, TP, cleaning supplies, water & food & beverage we didn't expect. The arrangement of bedrooms & bathrooms worked great for our group of 7 adults. The pond was a fun addition as we have fisherpeople in the crowd. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this home. The pictures don't represent how beautiful it really is! Four comfortable bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms provided perfect accommodations for our family of five. We took advantage of everything: well -appointed kitchen, wine fridge, deck, grill, hot tub, gazebo, fishing pond (caught some nice catfish), cable tv, etc. We had a small family reunion with approximately 20 people at the house and had plenty of space to enjoy. I highly recommend this property!
