Our property was made for enjoying your lake stay. It offers durable concrete floors and a simple design to bring friends and family together for a great weekend on Lake Texoma. Very convenient location. Washer didn't work while we were there and the nearest laundry mat was 25 minutes one way so wasn't worth the drive for a 4 day stay, but we made due and host was very apologetic about it. Our kids loved the large lot to play and run around. Swing was broken but we were able to figure out. Only downside was there were no shampoo or conditioner offered and beds were not as comfortable. The one I was on had a slope down towards the foot of the bed which made it hard to get situated.

We had a family weekend at the lake! 25 of us were comfortable and it was great. The manager was in contact when needed and was very kind. We had one small problem and she made sure it was fixed as quick as possible. The only downside was the lake wasn’t as close as we thought it was, but we went and found a beach that wasn’t under water and it was about 5 mins away. Great Fathers Day weekend!!

Lovely home, very spacious and clean. Beautiful yard, plenty of room for children to play outside. Within walking distance of the lake. Host Sarah, responded quickly to questions I had. Very nice person. Kitchen had enough dishes, pots and pans. We all had a great Easter weekend. Will definitely stay there again.

This was the perfect house for us! We had 17 people total and felt so comfortable. Plenty of space for us to be together but not feel cramped. Everyone had their own sleeping space, which was a HUGE plus! The walk to the beach took less time than I anticipated and the access to the lake felt very private. The game room was a big hit with the girls. The outdoor space was amazing as well. A volleyball net and outdoor games were provided. We certainly hope to snag this house again next year!

We had a family gathering with people ranging from a 3 month old baby to an 85 year old matriarch. There was plenty of space for everyone to sit and visit, sleep and play. One of the best getaways we have had in recent times!! Comfortable stay. The owner/manager were very helpful and met all the requests. They even came all the way out to drop ping pong balls. The kitchen was well stocked and ideal for a large group. Clean linens. Secluded from the busy street. Kids had a blast running around the big backyard. Well worth it!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was as advertised, easy to access, and prompt communication with the owners/managers. The layout suited us perfectly. Although the group had a few negative comments, it was overall a great house with lots of room and everyone was happy. I have been to some other VRBO houses that were a bit better stocked on some things. There wasn't any dish soap which was inconvenient. There were some complaints about the beds not being comfortable. Being a lake house we totally understand not having any rugs, but the house echos quite a bit and with lots of people in the house that can get to be a little much for anyone with sensitive hearing. Overall it was very well worth the money.

We have a large family and this rental was perfect. It was a nice space for our family activities and the game room was in great working order. This was a great weekend vacation away from home. Much needed. The price is worth it. Enjoyed it by the bonfire, volleyball net, grill for the cookout, or movie night inside with cable provided. We had a great time. We had 11 people in our group, 4 different family groups of adults and children. Set up of bedrooms and bathrooms was ideal for our group and the large dining table could easily accommodate all of us. Kitchen was large enough to have several people cooking at the same time and outdoor grill was also large enough for our needs. Kids also enjoyed making s'mores at the fire pit. Beach area was great, with trees for shade and sand for the kids to play in and not too crowded. Our grandkids range in age from 4 to 10 and could go quite a way out into the water before it got too deep. Communication with the host was outstanding, with prompt replies to any questions before, during and after our stay. We would have liked a grocery store and possibly some casual restaurants nearby, but overall this was a very positive experience and we would definitely consider renting from this group in the future.

The house was large enough for our whole Family to have a bedroom for each family. The table in Kitchen was big enough for us to play games, eat, and talk. The exterior was good we couldn't use due to weather. I would recomend this home

Pros: Super clean place, great house layout, spacious place, and game room is such a great addition, everyone was having a great time. Cons: Very disappointed with beds and pillows quality. Mattresses and pillows on all bedrooms were thin and squeaky. Most of us were having hard time to have a good night sleep for the entire 3-night stay. The worst mattresses was so thin that you can see the middle part sinking (concaving). Location is secluded, which we're aware when we booked the house. The kitchen didn't have cutting board even though per the host there should be one. In addition, only 1 propane tank was provided, and we only used it for about 15 minutes before it's completely out. The host did offer to reimburse us if we buy a cutting board & propane tank. However, we stayed on Christmas Day, barely any stores around, and even if we drove further, most stores were probably closed anyway so we did not go to buy them. Overall, our family did have a good time at the house. It would have been perfect if the mattresses were better and inventory was checked before the Christmas weekend stay.

The lake was just a short walk away. The kids asked multiple times a day to walk to the lake and explore. Big back yard where we played kickball and football. Nice firepit for evening fires and s'mores. One evening, we saw several deer just a short distance away. Game room was also a hit with the kids.

Rented this property for a bachelor party fishing trip and it was absolutely a great time! Easy check in and out. Very flexible with the check in and out times! Very clean and very nice house. The larger group of guys we had loved it and were comfortable! The surrounding neighbor was very quiet and polite as well!

This property was amazing! The air conditioners kept the house cool, the kitchen was big enough to have several people helping with meal prep, and the back patio was large enough for all of us to hang out. There's a bedroom and bathroom back by the game room which was a perfect place to park the teenagers. For reference, there were 20 of us total. The hosts were awesome. They kept in touch via e-mail and text. We knew exactly what to expect and they were immediately available via text if we needed anything. Instructions for location, entrance, use, and departure were reasonable and clear. Highly recommend this property / property group!
