This one-bedroom apartment is in a large new apartment block and is close to all of Malaga's many historic sites, bars and restaurants. The apartment has a separate bedroom with comfortable king-size bed, full-sized bathroom with bath and overhead shower, and living area with well appointed kitchen and seating area.
A spiral staircase leads up to the 37 sq m private roof terrace for your exclusive use with 2 comfortable sofas, dining area and sunloungers. The terrace has access to communal roof terraces and a shared 8m X 4m swimming pool, open from the beginning of June to the end of September with views across the city.

This was our second stay at this apartment and it really is a lovely place to stay, in every way.
Unfortunately this time we found the level of noise from other residents too much to bear, we think they are residents in the building, not tourists and are of Asian origin. Their children would use the corridors as a play area, very noisy indeed. Other communial areas were also used as play areas and the noise could be heard all over the building....Shame.

A great location; a short walk to restaurants and the main sights. The apartment was in lovely condition and well furnished for two. The owners were very helpful as was the information pack. We would definitely go back.

Modern, stylishly decorated and furnished new apartment in a good location. The spacious, private roof terrace is fantastic for sunbathing and there is plenty of shade for when it gets too hot. The owners are very friendly and helpful and made sure we had everything we could possibly need for our holiday. Malaga is a wonderful city to visit and we would definitely stay here again.
Highly recommended.

Our hosts where very welcoming ready to help us and the appartement very clean with a beautiful terrasse. Very close to the historic center of the city.Great experience.
