Disastrous

Nothing; disastrous on all levels, except for the comfy bed. 2 star "hotel" (due to working TV and air condition).

Old, smelly hotel with health hazardous "breakfast" (no choice; also empty sausages plate, no eggs, toaster but no toast bread, no milk to go with cereals, fruit from god knows when) in a smelly, dark, old and dirty "restaurant" with loud Balkan music. There is refrigerator in the room but without a cable - when we notify the receptionist she just confirmed "that refrigerators don't work". There was no promotional tourist leaflets, no bike rental, not a single word from anybody about what to do or what hotel offers (as it doesn't offer anything, apparently). But the worst was the smell in the hallways and in the "restaurant". Much too expensive for a bed in a room (we came from Itay - also a 3 star hotel by the beach with phenomenal breakfast, a pool on the roof and free hotel bikes, same price!). Avoid this 3-star scam of a hotel. Booking.com failed on this one.

Excellent hotel, do not let the word Casino put you off, it does not intrude in any way - No noise!

Breakfast was both good and plentiful, with an excellent selection of meats, cereals, breads, and beverages. Staff were very friendly, and knowledgeable, location also was superb, with the spectacular mountains in the very near background

Coffee making facilities in the room would have been useful, the room was comfortable and extremely clean, but the ability to make a hot drink would have been the icing on the cake.

Good hotel for a business trip, free parking lot around, walking distance to the city center and nice restaurant at the hotel and around. Warm and clean room, small desk for working. Great coffee for breakfast, good scrambled egg. Nice croissants.

Location was perfect. We wanted to visit the gracjan caves and the soca River and the hotel was in the middle.

Breakfast wasnt good! At half past 8 everything was empty we could only eat yoghurt.

Comfortable but...

The hotel is comfortable and clean, and was very quiet. We had to leave very early and the staff provided us a lunchbox for breakfast, which was very kind and appreciated. Wi-fi worked very well.

There was no hot water the morning we left :-(

A környék teljesen rendben van, szép tiszta és csendes.

Az étteremből záráskor konkrétan kidobtak, a szobákban nem volt fűtés, kabátban kellett aludnom. Szóltunk a recepción, de nem tudta a hölgy megoldani hogy bekapcsolják a fűtést a szállodában, minden szobában hideg volt.

Buon hotel in buonaposizione centrale con un parco in città, ruderi romani, molta pulizia ovunque.

Ottima, abbondante e variegata per tutti i gusti: dolce e salato.

C'è stato un problema con il telefono che squillava spesso anche di notte e la luce all'ingresso rotta. Dopo avere segnalato il problema alla reception che peraltro già conoscevano (!!) mi è stata cambiata la camera il giorno seguente e tutto era in ordine. Ottimo il ristorante con buoni piatti da di carne ed una ottima pizza!! Il personale molto gentile e cordiale.
