Family trip to Venice

Lovely vibe and attention to detail was impeccable, shabby chic look so if you like modern interiors not for you! Staff were really helpful and accommodating, breakfast was buffet style with fresh local produce. We stayed in the Gite in the main area which was great for a family of four so can’t comment on the Glamping tents but looked lovely from outside.

Nothing but quite remote, we stayed as wanted to visit Venice, but you have to either drive to Dolo station approx. 10 mins and then 20 mins on train or drive (which we did) which was approx. 30 mins then parked at Tronchetto car park then get the monorail 1.5 Euro each way or water taxi 10 Euros each

We have never written a letter of complaint even when the level of service was unsatisfactory to our opinion However, in such a humiliating, condescending and wretched relationship as we have now received, we have never been blessed with His joy First, according to what is documented in the reservation, the payment should be made 28 days before the date of stay. However, the credit card was charged much earlier This is a place in the middle of the forest without any proper lighting (we only got a lousy flashlight), the furniture is old and dirty in an extremely embarrassing way, without any shower (except for a metal tub the size of a Pinscher dog), no hot water, no internet Lack of lighting, this caused my wife to slip due to the heavy rain and twist her foot with the formation of a hematoma and inability to step on the foot. The absence of a shower and hot water (from 15:00 to 22:30) after a whole day's trip on the road is not a special requirement at all, especially if you are traveling with a small child. The lack of internet severely affected my ability to running my company and to provide service to all my employees and clients on this day. When we approached the employees of the place, we were treated with the most humiliating and unimportant treatment. Therefore, at 10:30 pm we have decided to escape to another hotel.

Ok for the overall experience but don’t think I would spend $250 a night again without improvements.

The staff were all friendly and always asked if there was anything we needed. Spoke English very well so we had no issues and were available by WhatsApp after hours for questions. Breakfast was nice but took a while to get through since we were not able to self serve. Private gardens for tents were very relaxing.

We did not like that there were no fire pits or extra out door activities. For $250 a night and a supposed to be “glamorous” experience you would expect a bit more on the property. Like maybe a tennis court or a play ground, BBQS, even a simple snack bar would have been nice. Lastly, though we loved the tent we did notice our second morning that the bed comforters were filthy after looking closer to make the bed ourselves the next morning. Not only that but the kettle was rusted on the inside and we couldn’t use it for tea.

Wunderschöne Nacht in einer toll gestalteten Anlage mit perfekten Gastgebern.

Die Liebe zum Detail mit der die Anlage, die Räume und Zimmer gestaltet wurde, ist atemberaubend. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Das Abendessen (extra) war super lecker. Wir sind begeistert.

La bellezza, l’armonia, il buon gusto, la gentilezza di tutto lo staff, le comodità e la serenità. Mi sono sentita a casa ed ho festeggiato splendidamente il mio compleanno con palloncini, tortine e fiori, grazie infinite.

Prachtige glamping tent maar wel hoog aan de prijs

Het is een prachtige accommodatie, zeer sfeer vol. Fantastische tent, prachtig zwembad. De ligging is niet bijzonder, wel heel dicht bij Venetië.

Pas om 8.30 uur ontbijt, het personeel vroeg weinig en legde weinig uit qua mogelijkheden.

Davvero un luogo particolarissimo dove gusto e tradizione si fondono in una straordinaria esperienza. Molto rilassante il giardino e ritemprante la splendida piscina. Molto consigliato.

Struttura immersa nella natura

Il posto è meraviglioso, immerso in una natura silenziosa e arricchita dalla bellezza della struttura, curata nei minimi particolari. La stanza verde era un pò piccola ma si sono riscattati con il bagno che è una stanza del benessere. Lo Staff di altissima professionalità e gentilezza. Colazione veramente strepitosa.
